Responsibilities
Provide support in preparation activities related to annual benefits open enrollment, including system testing, communications review, and resource creation.
Organize the benefits of shared drive and documents to support more efficient team collaboration and execution of work.
Assist with employee inquiries related to Employee Share Plan; Address general queries related to the Global incentive Plans.
Opportunity to participate and collaborate in various internal process improvements and Total Rewards projects and initiatives.
Assess and support changes on the SharePoint webpage for Total Rewards.
Qualifications
Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university Studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or other related courses.
Preferably with prior internship experience in the Human Resources field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes.
Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
