Your role

DATABASE MANAGEMENT:

  1. Management and administration of the LRS (Legal Request System) and SAP and development of enhancements;
  2. Management and administration of the Legal and Compliance Sharepoint; and
  3. Document management for the Legal Compliance and External Affairs Team (the “Team”).

PARALEGAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Drafting and review of contracts and other legal documents;
  2. Preparation and filing of regulatory reports and requirements;
  3. Corporate housekeeping;
  4. Assisting the lawyers, paralegals, and the other members of the Team;
  5. Preparation of internal monthly and quarterly reports and other Team reports and presentations; 
  6. Attending to queries/requests from various business units of the Company.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  1. Processing of payments, reimbursements, tickets, requests, and other admin requirements for the Team;
  2. Organizing and scheduling Team meetings, functions, and events;
  3. Coordinating and performing tasks for the Team in relation to other Business Units;
  4. Complying with the internal requirements of the Company;
  5. Provide administrative support to the Team.

About you

  • Bachelors' Degree
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and other systems 
  • Fluent in English (Written and Verbal)
  • Open to Fresh Graduates or those with relevant experience 
  • Preferable: Experience in Legal Request System
