Recruitment Trainee null

The position of Recruitment trainee is a vital role in our company. You will be responsible for finding and vetting candidates for a wide variety of positions. This is a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, so you will need to be able to think on your feet and adapt quickly. If you are a people person who enjoys a challenge, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates to fill open demands
• Identifying qualified candidates through various recruiting channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc)
• Conducting paper screening and phone interviews as part of the initial screening process
• Will report to Recruitment Lead

Training allowance of Php 8000 will be provided monthly for the 3 month-training period. Once training is completed and training targets are met, full time employment with increase in salary will be offered (with 6 month probation), leave credits and other bonuses. Salary increase will also be offered once regularized.
