Description:
1. Perform Operations and Maintenance activities in Middleware Supported Applications.
2. Develop ad hoc extract reports from Linux Server based on approved user requirements.
3. Facilitate deployment of enhancements. Collaborate in the change and release plans.
4. Handle regular request fulfilments such as Special extract, System Maintenance and Data Conversion/Modification. Adequately document activities and adhere to clients approval process.
5. Handle Incident Management and relay to responsible groups, when necessary.

8. On-site client support with work schedule of regular (8AM to 5PM), 24x7 Shifting Schedule (6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM, and 10PM-6AM). Work schedule may change as needed by the client possible for overtime work, or weekend/holiday work if needed .
9. Maybe assigned for on-call support on Weekends, Holidays, or outside Regular Working Hours.
10. Perform other duties/responsibilities that may be assigned as necessary
Qualifications:
*fresh grads can be accommodated subject to interview
1. Knowledgeable Linux or Unix is required
2. Knowledgeable in Shell or Bash Scripting is required.
3. Knowledgeable or Familiarity in IBM MQ, IIB, Cast Iron, and Data Power is a plus
4. Knowledgeable or Familiarity in SQL is a plus.
5. Must be detail-oriented and can work independently
6. Willing to work in Operations Support/Service Management structure
7. Basic ITIL knowledge a plus
8. Business Analysis experience a plus
