Your role

Check out some exciting stuff you will do:

• Gain basic knowledge of internal tools and platform features to mitigate delivery issues and maintain the coverage of channels on the platform.
• Troubleshoot common issues on channel, platform, or product level.
• Learn how to maintain regional strategies to achieve the highest quality and profitability.
• Understand and implement basic setups related to spam tasks and platform features to prevent unwanted fraud.
• Recognize the need for the implementation of common platform features and implement them with senior supervision.

About you

You may be the right person for if you:

• Fresh graduate or final year undergraduate student in search of academic internship/on-the-job training (OJT) within a multinational company.
• Have educational background in engineering, technology, or other equivalent fields.
• Aim to be an engineer who understands both the technical and business sides of IT solutions.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Are amenable to working at least thrice a week from their office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

Note: The Asia Internship Program starts on September 2024 and lasts 6 months.
