ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.
Your role
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients - setting up in Vantage, customer due diligence, financial analysis, and rating, and evaluating product offering opportunities
Provide support in the deals of Relationship Managers in areas including Corporate Lending and Debt Capital Markets
Help Prepare Briefing Notes for ING’s guests when needed (briefing notes are materials that detail ING’s clients’ background, existing business, latest news, opportunities, and financials)
Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new and existing Clients to establish their identity to determine whether ING will be comfortable dealing with them. This task includes acquiring all documentary requirements and liaising with CDD Desk Asia on the completion of the CDD Form.
Update CSC &FI’s internal records and documents (when needed).
Training & development
All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.

About you
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or a related field is typically the minimum educational requirement.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial products.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
Effective written and verbal communication skills
