ING Hubs Manila is a powerhouse of processing services that is central to the global ING Bank business. They provide services that range from financial markets, trade finance services, lending services, client due diligence/onboarding activities, corporate audit, legal, risk management, IT and software development, retail banking operations, and so much more.
Your role
Administer benefits, compensation, and performance management requests received in Workday and ServiceNow in a timely manner
Proper dispatching of requests to co-team members
Acknowledge and transfer requests that are not within the scope of the stream to the correct process owners
Review the completeness of the requests by checking employee eligibility and the correctness of the attached file/s
Generate ad-hoc reports to meet the service delivery requirements,
Process scheduled tasks and ensure completion on the agreed deadline
Coordinate with Third Party Vendors as needed
Escalate critical issues following the escalation path to avoid risks of breaching the Service Agreement with stakeholders
Provide escalated support from Local People Services for stream-specific policies and processes that may require coordination with Country Local People Service
Drive consistent, standardized, and effective service delivery within the stream
Identify areas of improvement, communicate process feedback, propose suggestions, and actively participate in a variety of projects to improve existing overall stream functions
Collaborate with Local People Services, Center of Expertise (CEO), Circle Leads, and Key Stakeholders to improve the end-to-end delivery of stream processes
Adhere to established Service Level Agreements, guidelines, and policies according to the classification of the requests received
Collaborate with the various streams and work closely with Country Local People Services as necessary to resolve escalated issues and consistently meet KPI including SLA to deliver service excellence
Training & development
All ING trainees participate in global learning events. There, you learn about every aspect of core banking, such as the role of a bank, the bank balance sheet, bank funding, IT processes, and risk management. Needless to say, these events also help you to develop your soft skills such as how to deal with business partners, stakeholder management, and presentation techniques. Each traineeship track also has its own specialized training courses.
