ISS is looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers, loves problem-solving, and has a knack for staying chill in challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the data recovery process
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Keeping customer records up-to-date
Job Requirements:
- Fe-ma-le
- Experience in Customer Service is plus
- Able to communicate effectively in Filipino and English, whether spoken or written
- Has adequate knowledge and understanding of the IT industry/concepts; network and computers
- Has adequate knowledge of any Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Ability to think out of the box and come up with creative solutions to customer problems
- Sense of humor (bonus points!)
