Performs screening, evaluation, assessment, program planning, intervention treatment and provides home instruction programs for out-patients and in-patients.
Responsible in accomplishing speech therapy paperworks such as initial evaluations, daily patient notes, progress reports and re-evaluation.
Maintains cleanliness of treatment area and equipment and ensures enough speech and language pathology (SLP) supplies.
Maintains records and filing of documents of the unit.
5Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
