Kumon is an educational program that was founded by Toru Kumon in Japan in 1958. The program is designed to help students, primarily children, develop their math and reading skills through a structured and self-paced learning approach.
A Kumon Center Assistant is responsible for facilitating the learning and development of Kumon students by ensuring that the right instructional method and center practices are implemented.
Responsibilities:
All Kumon associates will have an opportunity to go through a series of training to acquire knowledge and deepen their understanding of the Kumon Method through Kumon worksheets study, Kumon Education Center attachment, participation in Instruction seminars, etc.
