Your role
Primary responsibilities:
- Assist in performing audit procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley 404 internal controls testing.
- Prepare concise, accurate documents using appropriate business and technical language.
- Assist in making recommendations for improvements and corrective action to enhance internal controls and minimize risks.
- Maintain productive team-oriented relationships through individual contacts and group meetings.
- Facilitate meetings between experienced members of the internal audit team and process/control owners, members of the Finance organization, and external audit, among others.
About you
Basic Qualifications:
- Understanding of Internal Auditing principles, guidelines and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to integrity, a strong work ethic, and accuracy of work results.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a global team environment while maintaining a high degree of objectivity, void of bias or conflicting interests.
- Skill in prioritizing and managing projects, as well as maintaining composure under pressure while meeting deadlines.
- Effective English verbal and written communication, including active listening.
- Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Graduate major in Master of Business Administration, or Master in Accountancy completed first year.
- Prior accounting experience.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley Act's requirements, information technology risks, processes and controls, and COSO Framework.
- Skill in collecting and analyzing data, evaluating information and systems, and drawing logical conclusions.
