As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive business development activities to acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored workforce solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to placement.
  • Negotiate terms of business and placement fees.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
