He/She is responsible for quality inspection to assure that products are in accordance with the company standards and conforms to international and customer requirements. Also, do random inspections and prepare reports for the Production and Quality Control Department. Works competently in shifting schedules, imbued with appropriate work ethics.
- Conducts random quality validation on flour, wheat samples and alike every shift.
- Analyzes and tests production run in terms of the quality of the processed goods using various equipment and test methods.
- Validates flour and wheat samples for moisture content, ash, color, protein, wet gluten and alike on a timely basis.
- Conducts spot-checking and other related tests for the additives supplemented in the flour.
- Checks feed rate of additives on a regular basis.
- Coordinates with Shift Miller about the quality of the flour and alike.
- Report to the Quality Control Mill supervisor for adequate stocks of additives.
- Keeps QCD areas and equipment clean daily on a regular basis.
- Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time related to the Quality of the product.
