Job Description:

  • Manage to onboard and offboard employees
  • Manage filing systems
  • Maintain office equipment as needed
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and process the requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed
  • Order and monitor stock of office supplies
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas
  • Coordinate events if necessary
  • Participate in meetings with the management
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands
  • Works as a company representative and is responsible for coordinating activities to other agencies and groups
  • Find ways to improve administrative processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Has at least 1year experience as Admin Staff
  • High level of integrity
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • Solid time management skills
  • Must be able to effectively negotiate and deal with people on behalf of the company at all levels
  • Creative ability & writing proficiency
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel)
  • Must be knowledgeable on basic computer troubleshooting
