Job Description:

• Ensures that both Admin and Employee account applications are working and updated
• Set up ways to be able to backup or restore computer password
• Set up Security Question
• Create Password Reset Disk
• Set up Restrictions to the Employee Account for the employees not to change computer settings or access files from the Admin Account
• Back up all the files from the computer of all Employees
• Establish and perform company information security program
• Report unnecessary usage of company software and applications
• Troubleshoot daily work-from-home issues on equipment and software
• Updating of files such as credentials and IP address sheet
• Manage and perform necessary actions about the servers
  Scrub and upload call lists
• Coordinate with a specialist regarding the servers and VOIP providers
• Set up a new server
• Research on other options about server issues and system upgrades
• Create and delete the user and phone credentials for new employees
• Set up softphones, if needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Associate degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the BPO industry handling the same job description
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
• Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Solid time management skills
• Has high level of integrity
• Detail-oriented
• Must be knowledgeable on the following applications and software:

• Server
• Activate Microsoft Applications
• Chrome
• Mozilla
• Zoom
