- Assist in the training process
- Ensuring that every agent is well prepared for their calls
- Support agents after training by monitoring their progress, ensuring that they understand and meet expectations, answering their questions, and providing them with ongoing coaching opportunities and inspiration
- Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call center objectives, performance standards, and policies
- Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as call center supervisor or similar supervisory position
- Experience in customer service
- Proficient in English
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
Equipment:
- Hardware: Laptop/Desktop
- Headset: an A4tech or Jabra computer headset with a noise-cancelling feature
- Connectivity: Minimum of 10 Mbps
- Software: Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype
