1.Social Media

• Content creation
• Posting plan/manages content calendar
• Customer interaction on Instagram

2.PR

• Assists with preparing PR kits/launch events
• Assists with delivery/seeding of PR kits to media/influencers
• Contacts media/influencers
• Supplier liaison
•  Raw materials sourcing

3.Workshops

• Assists with planning to execution of workshops
• Manages the sign up sheet
• Prepares and delivers workshop samples to attendees

4.General Tasks

• Assists with the consolidation of marketing products in office
• Marketing research
• Assists SHD team with brainstorming new marketing executions

For eCommerce Content Intern

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily Ecommerce Operations activities
• Financial tracking and reconciliation
• Back-end Monitoring
• Customer Service
• Scanning and reporting of fake products and non-authorized sellers
• Other Admin tasks

Requirements

• Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/ Finance / Business Administration/Commerce
• Highly adept in using Excel
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to function under minimal supervision
