Your responsibilities
Source Brand-Business opportunities suitable to improve overall brand presence/business growth in a market that fits with our DNAs and values.
Engage partnerships with external parties & build relationship (Mall, Retailers, other brands)
Conduct market research and be alert with the premium make-up market; analyze competitor reviews (product launches/events/best-sellers products to watch etc.)
Have knowledge in organizing marketing & PR (in-store gathering, product launch, partnership with external brand/retailer with suitable target market as the brand) and able to develop a good relationship while representing the brand suitably
Have good analytic skills and am able to evaluate product and store performance and post-mortem reports on every brand activation/campaign with clear key take-outs / opportunities
Support on creating the purchase order in the system on time while ensuring following the brand approval process

Good project and time management, skills and ability to work independently within a lean organization
Able to initiate valuable insights and actively look for opportunities/resources to deliver within assigned KPI
Strong analytical skills. Able to do comprehensive sales & data analysis
High Resilience and agility with a creative and problem-solving mindset
A passion for the beauty industry and excellent communication skills align with modern consumer trends that apply to the brand.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
Knowledge of OMNI business & Google Analytics is a plus
The candidate also needs to demonstrate a positive work ethic and be able to work closely with all functions and with external parties
