Job Overview
The Talent and Excitement Intern will mainly be responsible for providing support in various Human Resources and Office Administration processes. This will include documentation, employee engagement activities preparations and implementations, employee onboarding, and providing inputs on process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Posts job vacancies, screen potential candidates and coordinates interview schedules.
- Supports employee onboarding preparations, pre-employment reviews, and documentation, schedules new hire orientation sessions.
- Helps plan, conceptualize and implement employee engagement activities including preparations of logistics.
- Assists in C&B administration, government-mandated benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in human resources management and other behavioral courses.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention detail tails.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
