Your role

In this role, you will play a key role in the delivery of administration of Reward Operations activities, Service and Macquarie Award programs, and Share Plan administration including but not limited to the following:

• Completion of all day-to-day Reward Administration tasks (i.e., acts as first-level support for system access. concerns, checking and maintenance of Compare reports, and helpdesk for issues/concerns during remuneration review). 
• Independent review/audit of data input performed by the Global Reward team.
• Administration of Service and Macquarie Award programs.
• Market insights/research on remuneration.
• Ensuring high levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained in performing job responsibilities.
