Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with their issues, while keeping close communication with our co-workers locally or overseas to ensure prompt handling of exceptions or concerns.
Read and reply to correspondences with both internal stakeholders and customers within SLAs as defined for the specific communication channel.
Facilitate completion of documentation process, and actioning of open export tasks.
Propose and support initiatives for continuous improvement of Customer Service processes.
Ensure best practices from other areas or functions are considered and shared within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and according to standard processes
Strong service mindset with a sense of urgency
High attention to detail, critical thinker
Team player, skilled in coordinating and working with different types of colleagues
