About the Opportunity
As part of an implementation project team, the Business Analyst LISTENS TO CUSTOMERS, REFINE BUSINESS PROCESSES, and COLLABORATE with the Tech team to develop a functional design that will solve business problems.
How You'll Contribute
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations to resolve business problems. Uncover areas for improvement
- Lead the requirement gathering to understand the needs of the business
- Effectively communicate business requirements to dev team
- Prepares unit testing and ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Supports user-acceptance testing and effectively communicate issues to dev team
- Author and update internal and external documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years experience in roles with business processes
- Strong technical skills. (Software navigation)
- At least 2 years experience in systems
- Comfortable in a client-facing role.

- Preferably based WITHIN or NEAR Metro Manila but not required
