The Revenue Assurance Programs Technical Staff is responsible for the implementation of the Company’s Customer Process Excellence Assurance processes to achieve goals and action plans in the following areas:
Development, integration and implementation of QA plans, programs and innovations to assure quality and effectiveness of all customer service processes
Provision of support to the Company’s compliance to regulatory requirement and advocacies on regulatory policy formulation
Provision of support for new programs, innovations and digital transformation
Conduct of special studies, projects and/or investigations on customer service process-related transactions
Qualifications:
Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering Technology or other related fields
Proficient in MS Office Applications
Excellent business communication skills
Willing to work onsite (Pasig City)
