Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or any related field
• With at least 2 years of working experience in end-to-end Recruitment with client management and onboarding
• With at least 1 year experience in volume hiring and/or hiring Technical positions
• Detail-oriented and with good problem-solving skills
• Proactive, client-oriented, and with initiative
• With above-average English Proficiency (written and verbal)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment

• Conducts end-to-end recruitment process for manpower requests, from planning and sourcing, Job Offer
• Regularly communicates with the candidates and internal clients to ensure organized coordination regarding the recruitment status
• Ensures good relationship and rapport with stakeholders and external clients

Employee Onboarding

• Orients and guides the successful applicants on the pre-employment requirements and procedures
• Conducts regular background check and contract signing to new hires
• Collects and compiles the pre-employment requirements, and ensures the swift transfer of documents to stakeholders
