We are looking for someone with:

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree course (Internal/External)

• Candidate must meet job expectations and pass all performance metrics in his/her current team (Internal)

• Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to converse effectively using English language

• Ability to clearly understand and act on presented problem statement

• Ability to compose a grammatically correct, clear and concise email

• Candidate must demonstrate good problem-solving skills

• Speedy key boarding skills of at least 35 words per minute and strong attention to details

• Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments and meet tight deadlines

On the job you will:

• Strong emphasis on quality with continuously meeting time sensitive deadlines 

• Accurately analyze and allocate documents based on specific guidelines and methodology set by the business units for both financial and non-financial transactions

• Ensure that all work-items are completed within the specified turn-around-time

• Work in a team-based environment with shared goals

• Report all system issues that may affect operations 

• Attain mastery of the Business Unit procedure  

• Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management

• Meet and maintain productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time

• HYBRID Work Arrangement – amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs AND/OR current external environment/situation).
