Your role
Acts as a business owner and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized product.
Roles in this family overseeing product evolution, establishing go-to-market strategy, optimizing products and resources, implementing incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conducting ongoing care and maintenance, and managing P&L.
Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing and interpreting user data, consider context and bias in data, and make a point to highlight data issues/inconsistencies.

Training & development
Participants will be allocated to a business division, where they'll cultivate and refine their skills while gaining practical experience. This program provides a holistic learning experience, allowing students to acquire real-world skills while making meaningful contributions to a global corporation. As an intern, you'll be tasked with projects aimed at honing your abilities and advancing the department's aims and objectives.
Over 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on-the-job experience.

About you
Highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and a strong team player.

Fresh university graduate with a Bachelor's Degree, graduating between Nov/Dec 2023 and July 2024.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and the local office language (e.g. Tagalog) would be a plus.
Experiences:
Exposure to relevant Microsoft Office programs and ability to create deliverables on a timely basis (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.).
Exposure to collecting and/or working with data including standardizing, summarizing, offering initial observations, and highlighting inconsistencies.
Exposure to working with various product lines, technologies, and industries.
Takes the time to fully learn the product portfolio.
Familiar with business and technical writing.
