Your responsibilities
Ensuring that all requests related to service assistance and customer care tickets are prepared and completed.
Validating requests and creating service job orders, applying for internal parts requests, and endorsing job orders to Service Advisors.

Testing, Troubleshooting & Adjusting (TTA) Training - The training covers topics about TTA of heavy equipment hydraulic, electrical, engine, power train, and air conditioning systems.

About you
They need individuals who:
Graduated with a degree in BS Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics or Communications Engineering.
Are licensed engineers.
Are willing to be assigned to any of our branches, mechanic stations, and customers’ sites across the Philippines.
Have good communication skills, both oral and written.
Can drive (not required, but an advantage).
Work well within deadlines.
Are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed.
Work well in a team and can communicate effectively with service advisors.
