You will work closely with the learning leaders and team members of this industry pack. Given this is a new role, we anticipate ample opportunities to collaboratively shape the content and drive impact. Within our industry practice learning teams, we established a Implementation and Delivery Assurance (I&DA), Advanced Industries, Global Energy and Materials (GEM), Travel, Logistics and Infrastructure Industry Pack, which brings together multiple practices. Each industry practice is responsible for delivering industry relevant learning programs (or learning programs in the industry context), primarily targeting but not limited to client service professionals/ consultants focusing on that industry. The target learner groups cover all practitioners, across skill levels and paths, from new joiners to team leaders and partners.
You will work together with learning leaders and colleagues to execute against practices’ learning priorities, supporting firm wide capability building for client service professionals affiliated with the practices of the Pack. You will be planning and executing on learning programs that are relevant for all pack members. You will work with pack learning managers to identify common learning priorities in their practices and help to develop and execute programs to fulfil those learning objectives.
You will work with the relevant learning teams on developing and delivering learning programs, starting with a focus on more senior client service professionals. You will also be responsible for identifying best practices, bringing the best of the firm to your pack and developing approaches to capture synergy. In this role, you will help pack members explore and understand prevalent L1-2-3 programs, identify gaps, and develop curriculum together with industry experts. You will also work with learning design and technical experts to explore learning management software to develop new and high quality on demand training modules (e.g. Rise, Quick starts, or C-Suite life modules).
You will support in-person learning programs as the firm anticipates an increase in running live programs (both in-person and virtually) in the coming period. While the design and delivery of these programs will be primarily be led by the industry practices, large programs may need additional support either in advance or on-site. You are likely to be involved in a (small) number of in person programs per year.
