You will work with an advanced and internally-designed recruiting system to maintain application pipelines and capture relevant interview data as well as be the first line of support for the candidates during their online application.
In this role, you will handle several requests including screening candidates’ profiles and tracking their interview process. As a systems expert, you will be the go-to person of the recruiting community and will apply your knowledge on helping resolve issues and sharing best practices. To do this, you will collaborate with firm members – not just limited to your own team. Your counterparts will also seek your expertise in generating simple to complex reports critical in analyzing current recruiting strategies. You will also help make recommendations to a more efficient process and build a reliable data resource in the firm.
