Very long exams at the start, but the HR interviews felt more like conversing rather than strict questioning.

The hiring process of the company is extensive, which includes both logic assessment and personality assessment in the form of interviews.

Assessments are based on established tests. I was comfortable in the interview.

I took exams for screening and went through 2 interviews (initial and final)

I can't remember the questions asked, but I could tell they were also assessing my English skills.

It was over eight years ago but I remember it was an interview with both local and international supervisors. I remember being asked what is the most important quality of an employee, which is loyalty.

Mostly questions about my previous employer. Also questions about my perceived fit with the company.

Give your full attention to the interview, don't multitask. Answer with straightforward answers. The most mentally taxing part is the tedious exams.

As an applicant, be confident. Being confident comes naturally if you are prepared. Know the company, know the role you are applying for, and most importantly, know yourself and what you are bringing to the company. As silly as it may sound, practice how you want to present yourself in front of the mirror, while taking a shower, and any other opportunity you get.

Make sure you know what position you're applying for. Read the job description and research on it. Research about the company too. Brush up on your communication skills and be confident.
