Assisting DPWH with the preparation of pertinent documents for right-of-way acquisition
Coordination with various government agencies to ensure that necessary government documents are secured.
Filing, receiving and updating government-related documents such as Land titles, Tax Declarations, BIR Zonal Valuation and other documents as may be needed.
Ensuring that documents on file are updated and correct.
Maintaining and updating the existing database, and if necessary, improving the database.
Store, and catalogue all documents for easy and timely retrieval.
Maintaining the integrity of working documents, tracking, and updating the same when revised.
Maintain a system for storage and retrieval.
She/He will also be responsible for other tasks assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
Required skill(s): MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCad and Costing is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Administrative and clerical work experience is an advantage.
