The role prepares/ reviews the documentation checklist based on approved transaction media, ensures appropriate management of legal documents, and prepares documents endorsed for chopping.
The role also initiates the Transaction Release Slip (TRS), making the lending officer aware of certain documentation deficiencies prior to every loan booking.
The role is also in charge of validating all legal and collateral documents against the requirements in the approval media and requiring the regularization of all legal and collateral document deficiencies.

Requirements
Graduate of any Business-related course
Preferably with knowledge/experience in handling legal or collateral documents
Able to work in a fast paced environment, and can handle multiple priorities
With a keen eye for details
With strong interpersonal skills - must be able to communicate well with different internal clients of the bank
Ability to speak the local dialect is a plus
