Assist with scoping, creating, and implementing internal & external Market Research to help support the company initiatives and marketing campaigns.
He or She will be in charge of gathering customer insights from the target market using quantitative or qualitative research methodologies.
In terms of understanding the market landscape, the marketing research specialist will create marketing barometers summarizing market trends, to allow the team to better understand and communicate with the customer.
He/she is responsible for maintaining CSAT scores of internal bank events and internal group output (such as feedback from analytics output, creative output).
Maintaining and regularly reporting these metrics will allow the members of the group's growth and improvement.
