Job Title: GENERAL ACCOUNTING STAFF

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares & checks customer invoice
• Bills customer
• Checks, posts, and reconciles hardware costings
• Monitor’s PDCs and other form of collections
• Prepares daily sales report
• Prepares monthly creditable withholding tax
• Track and administer payments and collections
• Investigate historical data for each debt as required to prove the debt and facilitate collection
• Handle completion of creditable withholding tax certificates issued by clients
• Provide backup support to other groups in the accounting and finance department and perform other general accounting and administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduated with BS Accountancy, Financial Management, and other aligned courses.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• Have basic knowledge in General Accounting.
• With at least 1-year of experience in general accounting.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel.
• Agile and has great attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
