Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform day to day monitoring of IT related concerns of the organization
- Provide remote support to the users for hardware and software problems and requests
- Set-up and configure IT equipment for employee use, and ensuring all applicants needed are properly installed and other necessary hardware materials for set-up are in-place
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, IT security threats, and IT related concerns
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Coordinate the high-priority and critical concerns and recommend solutions to the immediate Supervisor
- Reporting to the IT Manager of Intogreat with guidance from Mustard Seed's Project Manager
- Basic troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of computer peripherals (HDD, memory, fan, cpu, power supply)
- Hardware support: Set-up and configure, check-up of connection, hardware diagnosis and check-up, system diagnosis and check-up, updates, security threats check-up virus threats, troubleshooting, reformat
- Software support: installation/re-installation, relicensing, set-up and configuration, system diagnosis and check-up, troubleshooting, monitoring, back-up, and restore
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
- Experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and support
- Experience in handling software applications
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 Administration portal
- Experience in working with the different operating system
- Knowledge in antivirus and web policy control
- Experience in software deployment is preferred
