Responsibilities

• Work closely with Strategic Buyers and provide accurate and timely support on going key activities
• Contract Creation - creating contracts in the system and sending the final approved PDF
• Contract Modification - contract changing based on received information from buyers
• Contract Reporting - Prepare periodic and on-demand reports concerning expired contracts, missed items in the agreement, quantity checks,s, etc. based on the information extracted from SAP BW (Business Warehouse).
• CLM Contract management -  creating and changing contracts in the CLM system and follow up
• Ensure compliance with Nestle standards and procurement practices. 
• Participate in monitoring of the performance service level agreements (SLAs) and indicators of services (KPIs)
• Participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement

Qualifications

• College graduate or equivalent 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in working with SAP system a plus
• Has demonstrated the ability to work with others as a team player
