About Nestlé Philippines

Over a hundred years after it first started operations in the country, Nestlé Philippines, Inc. (NPI) today is a robust and stable organization, proud of its role in bringing the best food and beverage throughout the stages of the Filipino consumers’ lives.

Training, development & rotations

The 2-year program begins with intensive exposure across various facets of the business, where CMTs are provided classroom and immersive learning experiences. This is intended for CMTs to understand and experience how the Nestlé's Purpose and Values are brought to life.

Equipped with a holistic view of the business, as well as the interrelationships between different functions across the entire value chain – CMTs are then provided the unique opportunity to build strong foundations in their functional tracks. They immerse in their chosen track, taking on targeted roles and working on actual business challenges where they are expected to deliver strong business results.

My department promoted a healthy work-life balance. They respected personal time and I could take sick leaves when needed. I never felt pressured to work after official hours.
