Responsibilities
- Provide oversight to all physical movements within a transportation plan to ensure on-time delivery
- Execute real-time analysis and decision-making given exceptional situations associated with movement issues
- Facilitate visibility to stakeholders external to transportation group on load status and resolution action plans
- Implement market-based service strategies with respect to customer segmentation into daily problem-solving schemas
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Korean and English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.

- Proactive and pragmatic
- Advanced level in customer service skills
- Knowledge in Employee Services/Financial Services preferred
- Amenable to any shift
