Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to all physical movements within a transportation plan to ensure on-time delivery
• Execute real-time analysis and decision-making given exceptional situations associated with movement issues
• Facilitate visibility to stakeholders external to transportation group on load status and resolution action plans
• Implement market-based service strategies with respect to customer segmentation into daily problem-solving schemas

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Korean and English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Proactive and pragmatic
• Advanced level in customer service skills
• Knowledge in Employee Services/Financial Services preferred
• Amenable to any shift
