We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will be responsible for the Physico-chemical and organoleptic quality assurance of finished goods, keeping quality samples, market samples, and product development samples.
Responsibilities
- Performs physical and chemical analyses of all incoming raw materials, CIP deliveries, and Co-Packer’s raw materials.
- Ensures the quality and availability of prepared microbiological media, reagents, and sampling tools through the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices, Effective Microbiological Techniques, an Internal Control Plan, and adherence to the Manufacturer’s Instructions.
- Performs microbiological examination of all samples submitted to the microbiological laboratory based on official Nestle Laboratory Instructions.
- Performs aseptic microbiological sampling and visual inspections in production, industrial services, a social block, and raw materials when requested.
- Performs Vitamin A and C analyses for trial or special samples, raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods both for release and as part of monitoring.
- Leads, coordinates and ensures full implementation of GLP in QA and In-line laboratories.
- Performs line release, source detection, and investigative sampling on all environmental and lines.
Qualifications
- College graduate: Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Medical Technology, or other related fields.
- For Chemist position, registered Chemist or registered Chemical Technician is required.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with various internal and external contacts and influence others to drive change
- Knowledge of Analytical/ Microbiological Analysis, Raw and Packaging Materials Specifications, and Problem Solving techniques
