Your role & responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter shall provide support to fulfill all manpower hiring requirements and shall assist in all recruitment activities of the company. 

  • Prepare all recruitment materials necessary for all hiring requirements. 
  • Post jobs to all available sourcing channels and job portals. 
  • Source and screen for all hiring requirements. 
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicant's skills and experiences.
  • Ensure all candidates and hiring managers are well-managed and updated. 
  • Monitor all applicants and assist in new hire onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including assisting in maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates, and guides.
  • Build a constant database or pool of applicants for all hiring requirements.
  • Other tasks, as may be assigned by the direct supervisor.

Training & development

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related courses.
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and can work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Must be tech-savvy and knowledgeable in using Gsuites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Willing to work in Makati City (Hybrid).
  • Open to fresh graduates
