Supports WFA Admin for the effective and efficient delivery of simple HR SSC services in line with existing policies and procedures all while meeting established KPI’s and SLA’s
Processes HR transactions in Fusion
Work on manual data entry, update, correction and creation of letter.
Ensures consistent application of HR policies and state, federal, and/or country laws and practices
Demonstrate empathy to the colleague’s situation and speaks in a manner/tone the colleague can understand and relate with
Supports change programs and initiatives. Develops understanding of HR operations
Supports colleague engagement and cultural programs and initiatives
Requirements
Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets
Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required
Positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical
Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs
