Responsibilities

  • Supports WFA Admin for the effective and efficient delivery of simple HR SSC services in line with existing policies and procedures all while meeting established KPI’s and SLA’s
  • Processes HR transactions in Fusion
  • Work on manual data entry, update, correction and creation of letter.
  • Ensures consistent application of HR policies and state, federal, and/or country laws and practices
  • Demonstrate empathy to the colleague’s situation and speaks in a manner/tone the colleague can understand and relate with
  • Supports change programs and initiatives. Develops understanding of HR operations
  • Supports colleague engagement and cultural programs and initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills including data entry, email, spreadsheets
  • Adherence to confidentiality and nondisclosure requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time-management in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and excellent communication skills required
  • Positive demeanor and the ability to work well with others in providing excellent customer service is critical
  • Sense of ownership and urgency to support business and employee needs
