Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Job responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct product presentation and demo virtually or face to face
- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with the technical team and account for a smooth transition of closed sales
- Conduct end-user training as needed by clients
- Assist other teams with concerns related to your clients
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing assistance and information regularly
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course in the field of Business, Marketing and Tourism
- Preferred experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
