The faculty member is responsible for the quality and content of instruction. Assist the students with the learning process and applying the knowledge to real-life situations. The faculty must have the ability to motivate the students to act to achieve a goal by communicating a vision, committing to the organization's cause, and inspiring trust. Drive to persist in developing competent and globally prepared students.
