As a full-time Customer Service Representative for an Asia Pacific Logistics and Delivery account, your role is one of the most important positions in the business as you have the most touchpoints with our customers and drivers. You're expected to answer every chat and call and be the ambassador for a rapidly-growing business locally in the Philippines and in bigger parts of the Asia Pacific.
