About the role

• Project Implementation Configuration with respective team to Assign task Achievement, reporting,
• Maintain good communication skill between team and client in day to day activity.
• Making certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves
• Monitor and track project s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Weekly Project Status Reporting including listing any delays, risk or issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
• Works with Service Delivery to ensure effective transition from sales to delivery.
• Ability to compose clear and articulate email and chat communications to customers.
• Utilize effective communication with customers and peers.
• Ability and willingness to provide pre-sales, sales, or post-sales support.
• MIS works needs to be handle

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire sales cycle
• Achieve monthly sales objectives
• Qualify the customer needs
• Negotiate and contract
• Master demos of our software

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Passion for software products
• Perfect written English
• Highly creative and autonomous

Nice to have

• Experience in writing online content
• Additional languages
• Google Adwords experience
• Strong analytical skills
