The Usage Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the overall management of the residential customer usage and loyalty programs through strategic product planning and marketing. Have a solid understanding of the overall product management process and experience with developing & implementing usage and loyalty programs.
Outcomes
The Usage Marketing Specialist role leads the overall customer loyalty and usage strategy, including the development, project management, and implementation of loyalty programs for various products and services.
