Business Development Associate - Residential Projects null

Your role

• Propose and conceptualize projects that deliver a unique selling proposition that will match the intended target market through research and team coordination.
• Develop pricing and promotions for assigned projects with the mentorship of and in collaboration with the superiors.
• Assist in and eventually oversee the inventory level and obsolescence of assigned projects.
• Manage the profit and loss of launched assigned projects. 
• Align with the channel heads in development of channel/ seller’s programs for assigned projects.
• Liaise with other departments and groups.

About you

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any Business related course courses.
• Open to fresh graduates; with experience in product/business development from any industry is an advantage.
• Must have skills in presentation, research, strategy, innovation, and business management.
• Must be willing to report to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig).
