Your role & responsibilities
To manage new product development for the tolling of beverage and packaging materials and all operations productivity initiatives for the San Fernando Beverage Packaging Plant.
Research and evaluate new technologies in beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment, machinery, and facilities to produce new products or to complement modernization programs of existing systems.
Consolidates and evaluates market trends and customer technical requirements and recommends process and packaging development and marketability of new beverage products.
Leads and facilitates project feasibility study, equipment selection, and project implementation of new product development for the food, beverage, and packaging business.
Attend seminars, workshops, conventions, trade fairs, exhibitions, and technical training both local and foreign, to keep abreast of the availability of new technology and processes.
Creates new formulations of beverages that will be included in in-house formulations to attract new customers. The aim is to develop all possible beverage samples which their line can produce and to lead the Plant to advance in the industry in terms of new products and products of the future.
Training & development

About you
Must be a Bachelor's degree holder of any Accounting related courses - Accountancy, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, etc.
Computer literate – MS Office Programs, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Capable of operating various standard office equipment
