Your main role will be to secure new landlord representation instructions and mandates for office buildings/ developments: 

  • Find, identify, and evaluate new or existing properties/ developments as prospective properties for landlord representation and consultancy; 
  • Develop pitch proposals and conduct pitch presentations to the landlords/ owners / developers of the targeted properties/ developments; 
  • Prepare agency representation agreements and coordinate with internal and client legal and/or compliance and management for the finalizing and execution of the same; 
  • Prepare information memorandums and property presentations for the properties which the LR team is instructed to lease and market; 
  • Conceptualize and develop marketing strategy and communication plans for the above properties in coordination with the Company’s marketing and PR team; 
  • Lead the planning and implementation of building events, tours, and other advertising and promotional activities for the properties; 
  • Conduct property inspections with prospect lessees, prepare and/or approve offer letters for lease requirements, and generally lead the entire leasing process until execution of the contract of lease and handover of the leased properties; 
  • Provide sound market advice to the clients (landlords/ owners / developers) and meet with them regularly to update them on leasing activities and the office market; 
  • Develop business conducts through regular attendance of events targeting landlords, developers, business owners, C-suite executives, and high net worth individuals; 
  • Follow guidelines and carry out instructions from the Company’s management and OSS department head, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and generate business for the Company. 
  • In the course of client contact, you should be mindful of sourcing for new business not only for your department but other departments as well. You are expected to pass on leads and market information to the relevant department for action with a view to generate business for and promote the full range of services of the Company.
