Your role
As a CFE Associate Consultant, you will work with a portfolio of customers for multiple regions.
You will work as a subject matter expert, communicating a variety of topics, ranging from product capabilities to support tickets to projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and accountability for the overall customer communications experience.
Primary competence should be communication skills and an interest in the delivery of solutions to meet business requirements related to Travel, Expense, and Invoice delivered in the cloud is essential.

About you
Strong written and verbal communication skills
0- 3 years experience in client-facing/customer service roles
Strong problem-solving skills – the ability to dive in and find solutions to any challenge
Strong organizational and planning skills to consistently deliver on commitments
Ability to persuade and influence to achieve the desired outcome
Programming language background, Java or C variants - a plus
Experience with SaaS, SAP Concur or Cloud solutions, travel & spend management - a plus
Ability to perform under stress and with multiple concurrent tasks
40+ hours per week to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness
Flexibility as to the shifting working hours may be required or available
Location of work: 80% in the office
